Experience
I've got skills.
The Rollercam: January 2011 - Present
The Rollercam is designed as both a tool to aid in indoor cycling training and to encourage narccisism. Riding bikes indoors in the winter (or any time, really) is incredibly boring. Having experienced this for my entire cycling career, I began using a TinyChat video chat room to ride indoors with my friends. It quickly grew in popularity, I built a site around it to give it more exposure and legitimacy.
Now the site has visitors and users from around the US and the world. Special events are hosted on it, and teams use it for "virtual" training.
SLAMTHATSTEM: November 2010 - Present
SLAMTHATSTEM is simply a Tumblr site full of bicycles with slammed stems. It combines my love of cycling with the fun of making the occasional sarcastic comment about bicycles.
Idea A Day: November 2009
For the month of November, my friend Ken Gagnon and I sent out a unique idea to the subscribers of Idea A Day, every day, Monday - Friday. While this was a fun and creative endeavour at first, it soon grew to over 150 subscribers. Ken and I were beginning to lose our mind attempting to come up with 75 unique ideas each, every day, and we had to pull the plug.
Most of these ideas were stupid and pointless, many were vulgar, but it was a fun experiment and kept me thinking creatively.
